•Deteriorating Physical Infrastructure:
• Inadequate Seating and Comfort:
• Limited Ventilation and Temperature Control:
• Insufficient Space:
As these problems in these lecture hall conditions can significantly hinder student engagement, concentration, and overall academic performance.

UB is a signatory to the voluminary process BMP(bachelors, masters,Phd) and this system is a credit system which means students have to study under a competence base approach and to fulfill this competence base approach, the learning environment should be conducive both for the lecturers and learners. Therefore this study seeks to establish weather the condition for study is conducive for the learner and teacher

Despite the University of Buea’s (UB) commitment to providing quality education, concerns regarding the suitability of lecture halls for effective learning still persist . While the university has made efforts to improve its infrastructure, the condition of the Restua 1,2 and 3 lecture halls remains a significant challenge.

Specifically, the deteriorating state of the Restua bulbs,The exposed necked-wired suckets,The not functional switches, unreliable switches and sockets,Uncomfortable benches,Broken louvers,Shattered doors

2.) What is the state of the facility and the condition of Restua 1,2 and 3
3.) What can be done to improve the learning conditions in Restua 1,2 and 3
