A COMPLAINT AGAINST BROTHER BERNARD AND SIX UNIDENTIFIED OTHERS FOR DISTURBANCE OF QUIET ENJOYMENT, DESTRUCTION AND THREAT OF LIFE AT BOJONGO VILLAGE, BUEA SUB-DIVISION.
With profound respect to your high office, I write to complain against the above suspects for the above offences.
That on the 19th of December 2022, I receive a call from one of my friends that the above suspects have entered upon my land and were digging a trench on my land. I immediately left Buea and drove to the site where I met them digging.
I recognized the three whose names I have written above but could not identify the others. I realized that while digging, they have destroyed some maize and vegetable that was planted there and some other crops. I stop them from continuing the work as they told me a lie that there were digging a pipe line. I left the site and was returning to Buea when I received a call from TEL 67777777, that I should come back to the site. I got to the site and all the defendants started threatening me some holding matched and saying that if I dare set my feet on that land they will kill me. They started approaching me with cutlasses and Mr. Bernard said he is coming from America and as such will kill me and return to America.
From the above sir, I shall be claiming the sum of one-million francs from the suspects. I pray you to open an investigation against them.
