An internship is an opportunity offered by an employer to its potential employees known as interns to enable them work in an institution or organization for a fixed period of time. Internship is very vital for interns because it enables students to blend their theoretical works with their practical works. Field placement is very important for Bachelor Degree in international relations and conflict resolutions, which covers a six weeks intensive practical works to acquaint the students with skills that will enable the students to fit in the society for better opportunities.
