ACADEMIC INTERNSHIP

ABSTRACT

This academic internship carried out at Marbele vocational training center, aimed at improving
our practical skills, and also introducing us to the world of machine, made use to discover and
learn the working principles of these machines.

To this effect where, we were introduced, and
also were opportune to carry out practical works on several machines. We were introduced and
given some ideas on the Laser Beam machines, further we saw and carried out practical works
on; Lathe machines, so, where taught the different parts of this machine and its mode of
operation, and also carried out some operations on it.

Secondly we saw the hand and sensitive
drilling machines, their mode of operation and even went further to carry out some operations
on them. From there we saw the arc welding machine its advantages, and even carried out some
operations on it, with that notwithstanding we went further to see Forging, the medium at which
it is done and the types of forging we practice in daily activities, and lastly we saw how these
machines are taking care of so it would not lack a good articulation medium, which is
lubrication.

MARBELLE VOCTION TRAINING CENTER was created in 2008 as fabricating firm. Since
from that moment, it has grown from a one man’s business to a forefront fabrication company.
It has work in collaboration with a good number of company in the area of fabrication designing,
and construction.
MARBELLE VOCATION TRAINING CENTER Ltd is one of the most enterprising business
entities which has come to a record speed during the last couple of years. Coming into existence
under the inspiration of a powerful vision of technology and creativity, in addition, the firm has
successfully reached various bodies with innovative technologies and creative mind set.
Notably in the field of fabrication MARBELLE VOCATIONAL TRAINING CENTER came
into collaboration with the company METALLU.
